It is an international round table promoted by Fundació Mies van der Rohe that will bring together award-winning architects, jurors, and major international prizes such as the Aga Khan Award for Architecture, MCHAP, OBEL Award, and Ammodo Architecture Award. The aim is to rethink the role of architecture awards beyond formal recognition, focusing on their potential as drivers of social and environmental change. The debate will take place during UIA 2026 at the Mies van der Rohe Pavilion. A critical and inspiring proposal that invites a contemporary and transformative rethinking of the value of architectural awards.
