With the participation of the studios Barozzi Veiga and MAIO Arquitectes, the discussion will reflect on functionality, flexibility, and technology in the design of these buildings, as well as their capacity to engage in dialogue with historical and physical contexts. It offers a critical perspective on the evolution of so-called “cultural palaces” as generators of urban identity.
