La Gran Renúncia. Antonella Medici

“The Great Resignation” refers to the mass resignation of workers that took place after the COVID-19 pandemic. Millions of people left poorly paid and undervalued jobs, in a collective gesture of disconnection. This project reflects on the limits of work and the need to interrupt the productive rhythm. At the same time, it offers a historical reading of systems of labour exploitation that still persist and have transformed into new forms of control and self-imposed demands. The exhibition invites us to reclaim time, care, and practices that escape the algorithm.
