Intervention by Pep Aymerich Short film "Tasting the weight and aroma of the world"

In the short film Tasting the weight and aroma of the world, Pep Aymerich explores the vital interaction that is established in the attempt to recover the symbolic olive grove. The aim is to work with plant diversity, olive trees, lavender…; doing deliberately humble tasks such as cleaning the floor, selecting materials, recycling waste, grafting the olive trees on the borders, lifting stones, opening paths… Some actions are more effective from the point of view of revitalizing the abandoned space of the olive grove and, others, deliberately performative and absurd that make up a whole and give content and reflection to the short film.
